Sellers original description:
1950 Ford Custom Deluxe Convertible.
Matching numbers car.
New restoration, 1 year old with less than 150 test miles.
Flattie engine was fully taken apart and rebuilt. It probably has less than 150 miles on it. Usually the car is parked in dry closed storage and started regularly but almost never driven. It has never seen rain since the restoration. Stock configuration engine.
Original manual tranny, shifts fine.
The original interior was too boring and it has been customized a bit to give it more flavor. Since it’s almost plain black from the factory the green has been added to the seats and panels accentuated by the silver metallic piping.
Sportsman green was originally the stock color for this car, so it has been repainted in two stage the same color.
Black vinyl ragtop is also new and works fine up and down. The rear window is glass with a chromed frame.
Firestone WW bias ply tires are almost brand new.
Converted to 12V electric system.
On the front end there is a mix of 49 chromed parts matching the 50 frontend...this has been chosen for personal taste.
Door emblems, hood emblems and radio chrome are brand new.
Underneath is solid.
Please review all the pics and you will see that this Ford Custom Deluxe is in amazing condition and needs nothing but a new home.
