1962 MG MGA Mark 2 2 Dr Convertible
(Featured on 5th February 2012)
Sellers original description:
1962 MG MGA Mark II 2-Door Convertible! The MGA was produced between 1955 and 1962. Of the 101,081 units that were sold, only 5,869 stayed on home ground-this was the highest export percentage of any British car. 8,198 Mark II roadsters were built between 1960 and '62 and this is one fine example of a beautifully restored British racing car. Not a dime was spared and it definitely shows!
Finished in Red, the exterior shows very well with few blemishes in the paint. There are a few small spots that have been touched up previously, please view the photographs below or call us for additional information. The chrome is all in good shape with no major wear present from road debris. The Black vinyl upholstery is in very good condition with no major tears or wear. The removable vinyl top does have one tear at one of the snaps on the passenger side, please view the photographs below or call us for details. There is also a Black vinyl cockpit cover that is a real asset to have when you'll be parking your MGA while you have it out at shows or while shopping and enjoying your day.
