This is a very high quality retro rod. This awesome 1955 Chevy 2-Dr Belair Sedan has just completed a two year body off rotissere restoration. This car had the original factory turquoise & ivory paint on it before the restoration was started. It also had factory tinted green glass. This car was stripped to bare metal and refinished with quality materials to the highest standard. There was some rust in the floor pans and body mounts so a new complete one piece floor and trunk pan were installed to make it factory new. It has been repainted with factory colors. All of the chrome has been replaced and the stainless has been rebuffed. All new factory tinted glass, except for the rear which was in excellent condition, was installed. The interior was completely restored with a ciadella interior kit that included factory Daytona carpet with matching Daytona floor mats. The dash was also updated with a Dakota digital dash and matching clock. The car was originally a radio delete model and it now has a hidden stereo that is Ipod compatible, operated with a hand held remote. The drive train was custom designed to be quick but very manageable to drive. It runs and drives perfect. This is a beautiful car with a lot of custom detail not found in a typical restoration. No expenses spared!!! The restoration was highly documented with many pictures that go with the car.
